Profile Machining
All machining is done on ultramodern 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machine centers. Besides precision saws, double mitre saws, automatic saws and further special equipment like portal milling machines is at your disposal. As a result, ALUMERO offers the very best technical prerequisites for a flexible and high performance production.

Milling
Profile machining up to 7 meters in length - we are your extended work bench.

Punching
Our experience in special tool design enables us to machine and crosscut special profiles with only one punching stroke. Different punch presses with a punching force of up to 160 metric tons are at your disposal.

Bending
Bending of special profiles is done by special machines and special tools. We optimize the bending ability of the aluminium profiles by specially adapted material characteristics (alloying and hardening).
