The system

easyMONO Steel allows photovoltaic modules to be installed horizontally and vertically. The system is adapted to glass-glass modules and allows inclination angles of 25/30 degrees. The design for photovoltaic modules, which has been tested as a set, ensures safety of use and guarantees long-term, trouble-free operation of the system. easyMONO Steel can accommodate three modules in landscape or two modules in portrait orientation.

easyMONO Steel — steel PV substructure for open-space systems

easyMONO Steel is a single-post photovoltaic mounting system made of Magnelis-coated steel, which is specifically designed for Open space systems was developed. With this robust system, you can install solar panels both horizontally and vertically — very flexibly depending on the project requirements. The steel post is rammed directly into the ground, without a concrete foundation, which enables quick assembly and protects the soil. Thanks to its sophisticated design and the small number of individual components, the installation is particularly easy and efficient. Easy and quick assembly

Installing your open-space PV project is noticeably easier with easyMONO Steel. that Single post design means fewer foundations and less assembly work on the construction site. You can quickly ram the steel supports into the ground (optionally screw onto concrete foundations) — heavy concrete work is completely unnecessary. In addition, the small number of components ensures that your assembly team makes rapid progress. The result: shorter installation time and reduced construction and logistics costs.

Durable Magnelis steel construction

The entire supporting structure is made of high-quality steel with Magnelis coating — a steel alloy, which offers extreme durability and corrosion resistance. Magnelis is a special zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy that self-seals at cut edges and up to ten times more resistant is galvanized steel as usual. This coating reliably protects your system even in the harshest environments and in the soil. For you, that means: Many years shelf life at steel components (Magnelis ZM310) and virtually no maintenance over the entire lifetime. Magnelis also has environmental benefits, as less zinc is washed out into the soil and the coating is thinner (less material consumption) — a sustainable advantage for your project.

Flexible orientation and module types

easyMONO Steel fits your modules and the terrain. You can use PV modules both in horizontal (landscape) as well as in vertical (portrait) orientation mount, depending on what is optimal for your layout. You are also flexible when it comes to inclination: The system is suitable for common Tilt angle of 25° or 30° designed so that you can choose the optimal compromise between energy yield and statics. easyMONO Steel is also compatible with various module formats, including modern glass-glass modules and bifacial modules. Even heavier, frameless PV modules can be securely attached — the design is designed to bifacial modules to carry effectively and exploit their additional yield through rear light.

Tested stability and safety

Every component — from posts to module clamps — is optimally coordinated and certified in accordance with valid standards.
